Extended Stay America is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with our guidelines, ensuring a welcoming stay for guests. You will maintain carts and laundry areas, stock supplies, and promptly report any maintenance or guest property issues to the front desk or on-duty manager.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and adherence to company procedures, with opportunities to assist guests and provide accommodations as needed.

Qualifications

• Follow guidelines and meet time objectives of the role.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Reports guest property left in checkout rooms to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodation when possible.
