Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Housekeeper to help ensure our guests experience a clean and comfortable stay. The role focuses on cleaning guest rooms in line with established guidelines and procedures, with attention to detail in maintaining carts, laundry areas, and common spaces.

• Understands and follows instructions and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of carts, carts rooms, and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist guests and provide reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Follow safety and security policies at all times.
• Complete required Extended Stay University training.
