Extended Stay America is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with company standards and procedures. The role emphasizes a strong guest experience and adherence to safety guidelines, with opportunities to contribute to a welcoming hotel environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of rooms and carts, assisting with laundry areas, and reporting maintenance or guest property issues to the front desk.

Qualificações

• No prior experience or training is required.
• Ability to follow instructions, policies, and guidelines.
• Clear communication with manager and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Notifies front desk of any guest property left in rooms on checkout.
• Assists guests and accommodates requests when possible.
• Adheres to all safety and security policies.
• Completes required Extended Stay University training.
• Assists with cleaning other areas as assigned by the manager.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness and supports the team.
