Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with brand standards and procedures. You will ensure carts and laundry areas stay organized and stocked, and report maintenance issues promptly to the front desk.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to follow safety policies, and willingness to assist with additional duties around the hotel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms following company standards and procedures.
• Keep housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas organized and stocked.
• Notify front desk or manager of maintenance issues and guest property left behind.
• Assist with other hotel areas as directed by management and maintain overall cleanliness.
• Conform to safety and security policies and complete required training.
