Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures, delivering a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. This role requires attention to detail, reliability and a guest-focused attitude in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will maintain housekeeping carts and laundry areas, restock supplies as needed, report maintenance issues to the front desk and assist with additional areas as directed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives and standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms according to company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Restocks carts and areas as directed by management.
• Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
