Highgate Hotels in Deptford, NJ seeks a Room Attendant to keep guestrooms clean and inviting while delivering attentive, courteous service to every guest.

You will perform pre-cleaning duties, stock carts, report maintenance needs, and maintain public areas, with up to 50 pounds lift and full-shift standing. Competitive hourly compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and stock carts.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and neat.
• Restock housekeeping carts for next day use.
• Replenish chemical bottles as needed.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Supervisors/Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
