Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms thoroughly according to standards.
• Prepare rooms by completing pre-cleaning duties and restocking supplies.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and organized.
• Restock carts and replace cleaning chemicals as needed.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisors/Managers.
• Notify maintenance of any repairs.
• Assist Lost and Found items per standards.
• Aim to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
