Job summary

The Room Attendant at Highgate Hotels is responsible for maintaining clean guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests. This includes cleaning, stocking supplies, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include following standards, reporting maintenance needs, managing Lost and Found items, and maintaining clean hallways and public spaces throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow established hotel cleaning standards and safety procedures.
• Reliable, attentive, and service-oriented with a strong guest-focus.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, including replenishing supplies and linens.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for the next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles and report inventory issues.
