Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and support guest satisfaction. You will perform cleaning, restock supplies, and assist with cart preparation according to standards.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and clear communication with guests and team members. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; on-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties: guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen for housekeeping cart.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs as needed.
