Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and inviting guestrooms while delivering attentive, courteous service to all guests. You will ensure rooms meet the brand standards and support a welcoming hotel experience.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and clear communication with housekeeping and front desk to maintain seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Remove trash and dirty linen; keep areas clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping carts for the next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles and report missing items.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors/managers.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
