Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Perform pre-cleaning duties (supplies, linen, cart setup).
• Remove trash and soiled linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and tidy.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles as needed.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs promptly to supervisor/manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
