Responsibilities

• Assist guests in making reservations using OpenTable.
• Help assign tables based on reservation size, time, and availability.
• Answer questions about hours, menu items, and other requests.
• Seat guests and provide menus, silverware, and supplies.
• Answer incoming calls promptly in a friendly manner.
• Multitask between arrivals, calls, and coworker assistance.
• Utilize OpenTable wait sheet to manage reservations.
• Operate electronic pager per wait sheet and availability.
• Learn servers' names and rotate seating by section.
• Utilize restaurant systems to quote wait times accurately.
• Perform restroom checks and ensure cleanliness and stock.
• Collect and clean menus and restock greeter stations.
• Be dependable and punctual, following attendance policies.
