Job summary

Motek Florida is seeking a highly organized Reservationist/Receptionist to manage reservations across locations and support the corporate office. You will maintain guest profiles, communicate VIP arrivals, and assist with private dining inquiries.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role offers weekly pay and benefits through the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage all reservations via phone, SevenRooms, email, and online channels.
• Answer guest inquiries about reservations, large parties, waitlists, and restaurant info.
• Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
• Monitor pacing to prevent overbooking and ensure smooth service flow.
• Record no-show and late cancellation charges per policy and explain charges to guests.
• Assist guests with receipts, billing questions, and confirmations.
