Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills and sound judgement.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist all visitors and residents in the community.
• Answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
• Build ongoing relationships with residents, families, and vendors.
• Foster positive communication and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
