Job summary

Chandler Park Assisted Living in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking a compassionate Guest Relations team member. The role focuses on greeting visitors and residents, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the right staff.

Schedule includes Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend, with a location at 2643 Chandler Drive in Bowling Green. Responsibilities include maintaining welcoming entryway standards, supporting residents and families, and handling administrative duties while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Demonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach and sit for long periods
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

• Welcome residents, families, new employees, and vendors upon entrance
• Act as the point of reference for residents and families who need assistance or information
• Monitor visitor access and immediately report any concerns to the Executive Director
• Ensure first-impression standards for residents and visitors in the entryway and common areas
• Participates in and support the team in meeting resident needs
• Prepare tour folders for prospects and walk-in tours
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Answer calls, assess callers' needs, forward calls to appropriate personnel; assist to ensure customer needs are met appropriately and quickly

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Guest Relations to join our team. Guest Relations is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors and residents in the community, answering incoming calls and directing callers to appropriate personnel.
