Chandler Park Assisted Living in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide daily personal care and support care plans with kindness and respect. You will work under licensed staff supervision to ensure residents receive attentive, dignified care.

Responsibilities include grooming, mobility assistance, vital signs documentation, and timely reporting of changes. The role emphasizes confidentiality, empathy, and professional teamwork in a nurturing environment.

Formación

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate practical interpersonal skills and sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide residents' care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) daily and as needed.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information as assigned.
• Turn and position residents; prepare rooms with necessary items.
• Report to Charge Nurse at start of each shift.
• Respond to call lights promptly and courteously.
• Seek assistance from the charge nurse when unsure of an assignment.
