Chandler Park Assisted Living invites you to join our guest relations team in Bowling Green, KY. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and connect residents and families with the right staff, while upholding compassionate service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.

Position: Guest Relations - Chandler Park Assisted Living

Schedule:Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Guest Relations to join our team. Guest Relations is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors and residents in the community, answering incoming calls and directing callers to appropriate personnel. Guest Relations is committed to building ongoing relationships with residents, families, and vendors, fostering positive communication, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leader
• Demonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgement and good decision-making skills
• Maintain good working relationships with residents and co-workers
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach and sit for long periods
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
