Job summary

The Towne Park Porter performs basic cleaning of the garage and delivers friendly hospitality to guests during their stay, while maintaining general upkeep of facilities and trash receptacles. The role assists guests with issues such as lock-outs, flat tires, and other requests.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass a background check, and good English reading/writing skills. Schedule is 6:00am–2:00pm; benefits and 401k options are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screen.
• One to three months related experience preferred; customer service helpful.
• Basic cleaning knowledge; ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness checks at guest entrances and elevator landings during each shift.
• Clean common areas with mop, power washer, and appropriate solutions.
• Maintain general garage cleanliness around vehicles and pillars.
• Wipe signage and equipment; clean pay stations and entry/exit areas.
• Empty guest key receptacles and assist with upkeep of garage exits.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide area guidance.
• Protect guest confidentiality and handle information securely.
