Job summary

The Porter at Towne Park is responsible for basic general cleaning of the garage and delivering exceptional hospitality to guests during their stay. The role includes upkeep of garage facilities and assisting guests with common issues to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Work involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting with directions, and upholding security and HIPAA privacy standards while supporting the Towne Park team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write Standard English language.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Must be able to write simple correspondence.
• Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness checks at all guest entrances/elevator landings in the entire garage.
• Power wash stains and wipe signage and pay stations.
• General garage cleaning with tools to remove debris.
• Wipe signage and equipment at garage entrances and exits.
• Empty returned guest key receptacles and assist with maintenance areas.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries.
• Protect guest confidentiality per HIPAA.
