Job summary

The Porter position at Towne Towne requires delivering exceptional hospitality while performing basic cleaning in the garage facilities and assisting guests. You will ensure cleanliness of entrances, assist guests, and maintain equipment and signage with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, cleaning duties, and safeguarding guest confidentiality. The role emphasizes flexibility, a customer-service mindset, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic general cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness checks of all guest entrances and elevator landings; empty ash urns and trash receptacles as needed.
• General cleaning of the garage area with tools and supplies; remove debris and spills; clean signs and pay stations.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide information about surrounding area and attractions.
• Protect guest confidentiality and security of customer information.
• All tasks accounted for to total 100% time allocation.
