Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Porter to perform general cleaning of the garage and deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during their stay. You will help with basic upkeep of facilities, assist guests with directions, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment throughout your shift.

The role emphasizes thorough cleaning, safety, and courteous guest interaction. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and the ability to pass background checks; prior customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of the garage and common areas.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of garage surfaces, pillars, and signage.
• Manage return of guest key receptacles and assist with minor vehicle issues as needed.
