Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• One to three months of related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic general cleaning.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness checks of all guest entrances/elevator landings in the garage at each shift.
• Power wash stains and wipe signage and pay on foot stations as needed.
• Maintain general garage cleaning using broom, mop, and power washer to remove debris.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries, and provide local area information.
• Protect guest confidentiality and HIPAA-related information.
• Empty returned guest key receptacles at garage exits and return keys to the Towne Park MOD.
