Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Porter to perform basic general cleaning of the garage and deliver attentive, friendly hospitality to guests during their stay.

You will maintain garage equipment and waste receptacles, assist with guest issues including lock-outs, flat tires, battery jumps and lost vehicle assistance, and support guest directions; shifts 6:00am–2:00pm, outdoor work, variable weather and teamwork on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic general cleaning; ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of garage and common areas.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries.
• Maintain equipment and waste receptacles.
• Support guest issues such as lock-outs, flat tires, battery jumps and lost vehicle assistance.
