Job summary

The Porter at Towne Park is responsible for the overall basic general cleaning of the garage while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests during their stay. You will help with maintenance tasks, assist guests with issues such as lock-outs or flat tires, and ensure the garage and entrances stay clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic general cleaning.
• Able to read/write Standard English; able to read instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Able to understand 24-hour and military time systems; understand time-based rates.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness checks at all guest entrances/elevator landings in the garage.
• Clean stains in the common area and pay on foot stations.
• Maintain general garage cleanliness and remove debris.
• Wipe signage, wayfinding materials, gates, and equipment with cleaning solutions.
• Empty returned guest key receptacles and assist with garage maintenance tasks.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide area information.
