Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a part-time Porter to deliver exceptional hospitality in the garage environment. The role focuses on cleaning, assisting guests, and maintaining common areas with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include helping guests, keeping the garage clean, and providing basic maintenance support. The position requires a high school diploma, 18+, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass background checks and drug screen.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic general cleaning of the garage and common areas.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries, providing friendly hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness of garage entrances, signage, and equipment.
• Assist with snow removal and landscaping as needed.
• Handle customer issues during parking and respond to inquiries promptly.
