Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Porter to handle basic cleaning and hospitality duties in our garage facilities, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests. The role emphasizes attentive service, efficient cleaning, and reliable support across lobby and garage areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in garage spaces, assisting guests with directions, and handling routine upkeep such as snow removal and signage cleaning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks and drug screen.
• Must have valid Driver’s license.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic general cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of the garage entrances and common areas.
• Empty ash urns and trash receptacles daily.
• Use mop or power washer to remove stains and clean signage and pay stations.
• Maintain general garage cleanliness around vehicles and pillars.
• Wipe signage and equipment with cleaning solutions; inspect gates and card readers.
• Empty guest key receptacles at exits and return to management.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide area information.
• Protect guest confidentiality per HIPAA requirements.
• Snow removal and seasonal landscaping duties as needed.
