RaceTrac seeks a General Manager to lead a store with up to 45 teammates, driving profitability and creating unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will develop strategies, coach and mentor staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory, ensure food safety and brand standards, and deliver consistent results through data-driven decisions. This role offers growth opportunities within a culture that values people and guests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume retail/food service management experience.
