RaceTrac is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-energy store, oversee up to 45 employees, and drive profitability. You will foster a guest-obsessed culture, recruit and develop a winning team, and execute operational plans to meet sales and staffing goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification (and alcohol server permit, if required).

• Recruit, train, and mentor team members for growth opportunities.

• Drive store performance and profitability through operational plans.
• Analyze sales, margin, and labor reports to identify improvements.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and store expenses to optimize results.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll to ensure proper staffing.
