Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification (and alcohol server permit, if required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a winning team, mentoring employees for growth opportunities.
• Drive store performance by executing plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll to ensure appropriate coverage.
