RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager for a fast-paced retail store. You will oversee up to 45 employees, lead a guest-obsessed team, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to analyze metrics, and a hands-on approach to safety and operations. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage schedules and payroll, maintain store standards, and motivate your team toward growth and success.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in retail, food service, or restaurant management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
