You will recruit, train, and coach staff, analyze sales and labor data, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. This role emphasizes people leadership and guest focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.

Responsibilities
