Chipotle Mexican Grill is growing fast and seeks aspiring leaders through our Apprentices program to grow into General Managers by assisting in day-to-day operations and delivering a Guest Obsessed experience.

You’ll learn restaurant leadership, scheduling, P&L management, recruiting and staff development while ensuring food safety and exceptional hospitality, with a 50-hour workweek and overtime as needed. This role offers hands-on training and clear career paths within a values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Be guest obsessed and uphold hospitality standards.

• Passion for growth and learning the General Manager role.
• Enthusiasm for people development and leading others.
• Previous restaurant management experience preferred, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Role requires physical endurance in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch hospitality standards.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, recruiting.
• Keep dining area clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek with overtime when needed.
