You’ll learn to run the business from scheduling to P&L management, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and team development.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, P&L management, and sales forecasting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Experience in recruiting staff.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service and accurate orders.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle training tools.
• Oversee digital orders delivery accuracy and timeliness.
• Run day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, recruiting.
• Ensure dining room remains clean and restaurant is guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a 50-hour week with overtime as applicable.
