Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently. May be required to climb ladders and lift 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support management to achieve store goals and guest service standards.
• Provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge sharing.
• Coach associates on guest interactions to increase transactions and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain merchandising presentation and a clean, well‑maintained store environment.
