Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, reach, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience consistently.
• Adhere to guest service standards and brand guidelines.
• Act as a positive role model and support teamwork.
• Coach associates on guest interactions and recognize performance.
• Maintain clean, presentable store environment and assist merchandising.
