Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management Weston location seeks a part-time server to provide food and beverage service with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will take orders, input into POS, deliver to guests, and upsell desserts or specialty coffees while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with liquor regulations.

The role requires ability to work a 24/7 operation with varying shifts and a team-oriented mindset to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card or in process of certification.
• Valid TABC license.
• Basic knowledge of English to communicate with guests and staff.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment and service wares.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and explain specials or promotions.
• Take orders accurately and input into POS system.
• Deliver orders to tables with appropriate condiments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and liquor regulations.
