Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is hiring a restaurant server to provide attentive food and beverage service, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, upsell specials, and maintain a spotless station while following safety and liquor guidelines.

The role requires knowledge of menu items, accurate order handling, and a courteous, timely demeanor. Benefits include health coverage and discounts in a collaborative hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card or certification in progress.
• Valid TABC license.
• Basic English to understand inquiries and give instructions.
• Solid knowledge of menu items and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Record and repeat guest orders to ensure accuracy.
• Input orders into POS and relay to kitchen.
• Deliver orders and beverages to guests with accuracy and courtesy.
• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Present the check and handle payment following policies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professional appearance.
