Job summary

Dr Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a friendly restaurant server to take and deliver food and beverages with accuracy and courtesy. You will input orders into the POS, verify details with guests, and ensure timely service while maintaining cleanliness and abiding by safety and alcohol regulations.

Shifts vary, as operations run 24/7; you will support team members, handle payments, and help with room and dining area setup as needed.

Qualifications

• Greet guests, take and deliver orders accurately.
• Record order details in POS and confirm accuracy with guests.
• Know state liquor regs; maintain responsible service.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables; assist where needed.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present specials while taking orders.
• Input orders into POS, ensure accuracy, then deliver with condiments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and refill beverages as needed.
• Abide by liquor laws and verify guest ages when serving alcohol.
• Assist fellow staff and complete side work and cleaning tasks.
