Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly restaurant server to provide food and beverage service, take orders, input into POS, and deliver meals with accuracy and courtesy. You will greet guests, explain specials, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualified candidates hold a Food Handler Card, a valid TABC license if required, and basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation. You must comply with liquor regulations and maintain a neat, safe, and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be in process of Food Handler Card.
• Hold a valid TABC license where required.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service.
• Clear and courteous English communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials to ensure guest awareness.
• Record orders accurately and input into POS; deliver items with courtesy.
• Abide by all liquor regulations and verify age where required.
• Replenish beverages and assist with table service when needed.
• Perform side work and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team and support other restaurant personnel.
