Job summary

High 5 Hospitality Group is seeking servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will take orders, deliver meals promptly, and ensure guests feel welcomed while coordinating with hosts, cooks, and management.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hospitality experience or a willingness to train, know POS systems, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and courtesy. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years experience preferred, but will train.
• ABC Certification - DE.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service procedures as defined by federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage in conversation.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions to upsell.
• Enter orders accurately into POS and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Check IDs for alcohol service and ensure compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; process payments and tips.
• Bus tables and reset for next guests.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
