Job summary

High 5 Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences across its brands. You will greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include describing menu items, suggesting specials, handling payments, and keeping tables clean and ready

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• ABC Certification - DE
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and engage in conversation
• Know and present food and beverage options in an informational, friendly manner
• Inform guests of specials and promotions and make suggestions when asked
• Enter orders into POS accurately and in correct sequence
• Check IDs to ensure minimum age for alcohol
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests
• Process guest payments and handle cash/credit transactions
• Bus tables and reset for next guests
• Perform opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned
