Job summary

High 5 Hospitality Group is looking for restaurant servers to join our growing team across five award-winning brands. Your primary focus will be creating warm, welcoming dining experiences and delivering food and beverages accurately and promptly.

You will work closely with kitchen staff, upsell specials, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability, 18+ age, and ABC certification required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years experience preferred, but training available.
• ABC Certification - DE
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and engage in conversation.
• Present food and beverage options in a knowledgeable, friendly manner.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions and make suggestions.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and in proper sequence.
• Check IDs for alcohol service and ensure age requirements.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe handling of food and bags.
• Process payments and handle tips and transactions.
• Bus tables and prepare for next guests.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and shift changes.
