Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC is seeking servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences across a growing hospitality group. You will greet guests, describe menu options, take accurate orders, and ensure timely service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work well with kitchen and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced setting. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years experience preferred, but will train.
• ABC Certification - DE.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service (RAS) procedures per federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and engage in conversation.
• Present food and beverage options in an informational, friendly manner.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions; answer questions; make suggestions when asked.
• Enter orders into Point of Sale system accurately and in proper sequence.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcoholic beverages.
• Regularly check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Maintain safe food and bag handling and cleanliness at all times.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Bus tables and reset the table for the next guest.
• Complete shift changes and any opening/closing duties.
• Complete additional duties assigned by supervisor.
