Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC in Wisconsin is seeking friendly servers to create memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced setting, working closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely, accurate service. Applicants should be 18+, with 1–2 years in hospitality preferred; ABC Certification (DE) is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred; training available.
• ABC Certification - DE.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service (RAS) procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and engage in conversation.
• Know and present food and beverage options with enthusiasm.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions; offer recommendations.
• Enter orders in POS accurately and in sequence.
• Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Maintain safe food handling and cleanliness at all times.
• Process payments accurately and assist with table turnover.
• Bus tables and reset for next guest.
• Perform shift changes and closing duties; take on extra tasks as assigned.
