Job summary

High 5 Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Server to create memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guests feel welcome and valued throughout their visit.

The role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth service and a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years experience preferred, but will train.
• ABC Certification - DE and knowledge of RAS procedures.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and engage in conversation.
• Knowledgeable about food and beverage options; present them clearly.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions; suggest menu items.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and in sequence.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Maintain sanitation and handle bags safely.
• Process payments and manage tips.
• Bus tables and reset for next guests.
• Perform shift changes and opening/closing duties.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
