Job summary

High 5 Hospitality Group is seeking energetic servers to join a growing family of 5 award-winning brands across franchise and independent concepts. You will welcome guests, take and deliver orders, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, customer-focused, with strong communication and multitasking skills, flexible evenings and weekends, and a readiness to learn about food safety and POS operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1-2 years experience preferred, but training available.
• ABC Certification - DE is required.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of RAS (Responsible Alcohol Service) procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage in conversation.
• Recommend and explain food and beverage options to guests.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions and offer recommendations.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and in sequence.
• Check IDs to ensure alcohol service compliance.
• Regularly check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Follow safe food handling and cleanliness procedures at all times.
• Process payments and handle transactions.
• Clear and reset tables for next guests.
• Assist with shift opening/closing tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
