Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Columbia II is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment while assisting shoppers and processing transactions.

You will support merchandising, signage, and product presentation, follow established procedures, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to help the store run smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and product presentation.
• Support opening/closing routines and basic store readiness.
• Follow safety and loss-prevention procedures.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
