Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate to support a positive shopper experience, maintain a clean, organized store, and assist with point-of-sale transactions during assigned shifts.

You will help with merchandising, storefront presentation, and back-end tasks while following Goodwill's mission and store policies. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or production is a plus.
• Ability to deliver friendly, respectful and helpful shopper service.
• Ability to follow established processes, safety guidelines, and procedures.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and assist shoppers during shifts.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support merchandising standards and product presentation according to guidelines.
• Aid store leadership with opening/closing routines and daily tasks.
• Follow safety, cash-handling, and loss-prevention procedures.
