Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate to support a friendly shopper experience by keeping the store clean, organized, well merchandised and welcoming during assigned shifts.

This role focuses on providing friendly, efficient service through point of sale transactions, sales floor standards, merchandising, and overall store readiness, while following established processes aligned with Goodwill’s mission of Changing Lives through Education,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class shopper experience by greeting, respecting, engaging, assisting, and thanking every shopper.
• Accurately process point-of-sale transactions while delivering friendly, efficient service.
• Support shop-ready merchandising standards through timely recovery and basic replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across all shopper-facing areas.
