Job summary

Standard International Management, LLC. is seeking a Reservations Agent to be the first connection to guests’ stays in Miami Beach. You will manage hotel and spa bookings with precision, while delivering exceptional service that combines sales and hospitality.

You will coordinate details across departments, stay informed on property offerings, and upsell services to enhance the guest experience and occupancy. A strong focus on communication, organization, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations or front desk roles is required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar reservation systems preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle hotel and spa reservations via phone, email, GDS, and online channels with warmth and accuracy.
• Answer calls professionally, route inquiries, and take detailed messages.
• Coordinate with departments on arrivals, groups, and special requests.
• Stay updated on room types, rates, amenities, and services to upsell and inform guests.
• Build relationships with guests and travel professionals to encourage repeat business.
